Dr Lauren Darby graduated with a Masters in Chiropractic in 2016. Having a previous career in Myotherapy, Lauren has over 10 years of clinical experience. She continues to develop her skills regularly by keeping up to date with the latest Chiropractic research and treatment options. With an ability to use multiple techniques, from soft tissue treatment to gentle low force techniques and more traditional chiropractic adjustments, Lauren is able to provide the best care possible for patients of all ages. Lauren also uses exercise and nutritional support to help strengthen and restore function.
Lauren has a special interest in nutrition, fitness and exercise. Outside of work, she loves to read all things related to health and general well being.
Education
Lauren completed her Bachelor of Health Science (with Distinction) in 2014, and a Masters of Chiropractic (with distinction) in 2016 both at RMIT University in Melbourne.
